Personal Training
At Olivia Allen Dance & Fitness, I focus on whole body health and wellness. We will work together as a team in every session, to discuss your goals and how they align with your fitness journey. Every new client will fill out a comprehensive client information form, then meet with Olivia for a 30 minute assessment where we will establish a baseline of your overall strength and cardiovascular health. Your health is my number one priority and a good client/trainer relationship is vital to your progress. 1 on 1 sessions depend on communication, trust, and dedication. If we aren't a good fit, I will gladly recommend another trainer in the area who may better suit your needs.
