Fitness Class Descriptions

Barre
Monday 5:30am
Monday 9:00am (45 minutes)

A 30 minute ballet inspired workout class that incorporates small movements with small weights and body weight, and combines strength, cardio, and flexibility. You will workout to upbeat music in a positive and fun atmosphere while feeling aspects of ballet infused into the workout.

HIIT Cardio
Wednesday 5:30am 
30 minutes of interval training. We will work the entire body like athletes with aerobic exercise, strength training, and finish with a cool down. Options and modifications will be given to accommodate varying fitness levels.

Bootcamp
Friday 9:00am*
An extension of HIIT Cardio including interval training, bodyweight strength training and core work. You will need 2 sizes of dumbbells, small/medium or medium/large, for strength training options. 
*Please note that this class is occasionally done with my kids on and off the screen. 

Sunrise Flow
Friday 5:30am
30 minutes of a yoga and pilates inspired workout class to uplifting movement, that will leave you energized and motivated to conquer the day.
​*45 minute format includes 5 minute meditation. 

Step Up!
Wednesday 9:00am* 45 minutes
Saturday 7:45am* 30 minutes (For current schedule please visit OliviaAllenDanceandFitness.punchpass.com) 

Step will leave you feeling energized! This class uses a step with optional risers and trains your body to move on and off with fun combinations of movement. The athletic aspect is optional! Olivia will give you the options and tools you need to feel successful whether your focus is simply a good cardio workout, or feeling like an athlete incorporating plyometrics. We will even toss in some fun with speed and party aspects.

Adult Ballet
Tuesday 12:30pm
Adult Ballet is an open level class. For 30 minutes we focus on barre work, with some center work if time allows. This class will focus on proper alignment, technique and vocabulary while creating a fun and engaging atmosphere exploring ballet technique. 


Mommy (or Daddy!) & Me Fitness
         This class is FREE! Check the Facebook page for the Fall schedule, coming in September. 
This class is centered around the child with an emphasis on movement, music, and fun! Parents and children will be guided through a dynamic fitness class that begins with a warm up and musical fun, explores all movements of the body from head to toe and finishes with gentle yoga inspired stretches. All participates are encouraged to be hands on with their children, helping and assisting to keep the class moving, and fun! Please bring water bottles for the whole family.

Kids Dance! 
Wednesday 12:00-12:30pm
30 min, $60
Kids Dance! is for ages 4-6, no experience required. In this 30 minutes class, kids will move their bodies in new and different ways exploring both movement activities and dance moves. We will play, learn, and exercise, and wrap up the 5 weeks with a fun dance combination to share with family and friends.

Pre-Dance

Pre-Dance at home is your child's 30 minute gateway to dance education, imagination, movement and fun. Open to ages 3-5, little dancers will learn basic ballet and dance positions and steps, develop and enhance their gross motor skills, and learn about rhythm and musicality. We will wrap up the 5 weeks with a fun dance combination to share with family and friends.

Beginning Jazz

Beginning Jazz is for kids 6-9, no experience required. In this 45 minutes class we will warm-up the body using isolations and stretches. Kids will learn progressions across the floor (across their space!) that will encourage coordination and musicality. The 6 week session will be wrapped up with a dance combination they will love to share with family and friends.

***All session based classes will be recorded. The kids class recording will be sent to families for personal use ONLY and is not to be shared or re-posted on any form of social medium. Recordings are meant to be used as a learning tool for kids to repeat the class or practice their dance on their own time.
