- CANCELLATION Policy: Please Review the Studio Terms & Conditions for information regarding refunds and cancellations. We follow the SAU90 Hampton School District Calendar for Holiday closings and weather cancellations.
- What is the difference between Non Members/Credit Holders and Members?
- I am currently a credit holder - will I loose my credits? No, any remaining credits on your account will be put on hold during the programs duration.
- I am currently a $75/month member: Will I continue to pay my membership fee? Yes, your Program is discounted to reflect the cost of your current membership.
- I currently subscribe to the Community Library, can I participate in this program? Yes, your current subscription will be placed on hold during the programs duration.
- Does the virtual option include live classes? The Virtual option includes the Community Library of pre-recorded classes for you to take at your convenience. The daily yoga/stretch will be live on facebook for you to join, or do later.
- Do I have to be on Facebook to participate? Technically yes. This will be a community building portal. All weekly challenges will be posted both online and in studio. Daily yoga/stretch videos will be recorded live and posted on Facebook for you to do at your convenience.
- I would like to participate, but your in studio class times don't work for me. This is why I created the Community Classes! These classes were recorded during the pandemic and have been cataloged into a library. Your options include Power Hour, HIIT Cardio/Core, Barre, Sunrise Flow, Step Up! And Adult Ballet.
- Do I need to sign up for in person classes, in advance? Yes! This is highly recommended. You can sign up one month in advance. Classes such as Barre and Sunrise Flow have more space. Step Up! and Power Hour have limited space and equipment. But remember - if you can't get into a class, you have the option to use the Community Portal and take class from home!
- Are there any dates the studio is closed? Please see the Studio 2022-2023 Calendar. We follow the SAU90 Hampton School District calendar and weather cancellations.
