At Olivia Allen Dance & Fitness, I strive to create an engaging and motivating atmosphere that encourages each individual to grow. Whether you're brand new to ballet, just getting into exercise with Bootcamp, or a long time dancer wanting to simply dance and move, you will feel welcomed. I want everyone to feel special when they come in the door, and accomplished when they walk out.
We've gone virtual! All group fitness classes are currently being offered ONLINE. Register for your pass, reserve your spot in class, and you will be emailed a Zoom Link to join the classroom within a few hours of the start of class. Sign up at OliviaAllenDanceandFitness.punchpass.com
Mrs. Allen is accepting new clients for personal training and private ballet lessons. Training sessions can be 30 minutes-1 hour and are offered 1-3 times per week. Private sessions are available for both fitness training and ballet technique. Please contact me by emailwith any questions you may have regarding personal training rates, availability, etc.
