Class Descriptions:
- 8:00am Barre
- Barre is a ballet inspired workout class that incorporates small movements with small weights, and small ball and body weight. It combines strength, cardio, and flexibility. You will workout to upbeat music in a positive and fun atmosphere while feeling aspects of ballet infused into the workout.

- 9:00am Ballerobica
- Ballerobica is bound to get your heart beat pumping! This 55 minute class is designed to incorporate ballet inspired cardio movements and core using just a barre, and your body. You will increase your stamina, move to upbeat, motivating movement, and burn serious caloriers! Be sure to bring a mat, a bottle of water, and a towel in case you need to dry off. You can choose to wear barre socks, socks, or ballet slippers. Wear sneakers if you have any foot/ankle issues that need extra support.

- Combine ballet, yoga, and pilates, and you've got Barre Flow! This 55 minute class is designed to help you feel stretched, but strong, graceful but powerful. You will follow traditional yoga movements while incorporating aspects of ballet and pilates for a well rounded, low impact workout. Bring a mat and a bottle of water. Bare feet are recommended, but not required! Socks or sneakers will also do.
- 11:00am Ballet
- Adult Ballet is an open level class. For 55 minutes we focus on barre work, center work, and progressions across the floor. This class will focus on proper alignment, technique and vocabulary while creating a fun and engaging atmosphere exploring ballet technique. Some experience is recommended, but all adults are welcomed! Bring a water bottle and wear ballet slippers if you have them, otherwise socks are fine.
