2022 Commitment to YOu
What is your commitment?
- Commit to attending THREE fitness classes per week for 8 weeks and make 2022 about YOU!
- Complete weekly fitness challenges.
- Check in with me bi-weekly at a pre-arranged time on Zoom or meet weekly for personal training (an add on to the program!)
- Before and after strength assessments.
- Join a private Facebook group with your fellow challengers for weekly motivation and the ability to cheer each other on!
Begins Monday January 10th, 2022 and ends Friday March 5th, 2022.
$250 for 8 weeks includes everything below.
$350 for 8 weeks includes weekly Personal Training Sessions (8 sessions total)

Monday 5:30am Power Hour (30 min)
Tuesday 5:30am Step Up! (45 min)
9:00am HIIT Cardio/Core (45 min)
Wednesday 5:30am Barre (45 min)
8:30am Barre (45 min)
Thursday 5:30am HIIT Cardio/Core (45 min)
Friday 5:30am Sunrise Flow (45 min)
8:30am Power Hour (30 min)
Adult Ballet and Sunrise Yoga are TBD
- Full access to the Content Library of Recorded Classes for your convenience
- 8:30am/9:00am classes will be added to the schedule if there is enough interest.
- Additional pop up classes including yoga, ballet, and dance.
Complete WEEKLY challenges for prizes! Prizes may include OADF Swag, $10 gift cards to stores, or gift certificates for Personal Training or Fitness Classes after the challenge has ended.
Live Zoom meetings to learn from, make your life simpler, and to socialize!
